Sir I have been taking ashvagandha, chandra prabha vati, divya yovanamrit vati, patanjali mooli pak with cow milk. But yesterday I was so frustrated. Just after insertion within 5 to 10 secs I lost my control. It is just so pathetic. I don't exactly know what to do either to live with it or to rectify it.
