Hi sir I am a married person and work in an mnc company. I am suffering with some sexual problem or weakness in my body it is due to use of hand practice and also affect by my job shift. My job shift is in rotating, during night shift my hand and foot kapne so suggest me what I can do. I am taking himalaya confido tablets twice a day regularly .
