When i do sex i get ejaculate with in 30 second and if my partner touch my penis with her hand i also get ejaculate. please give me perfect solution or this disease

Pre mature education has two different reasons behind it - medical or psychological, if you are medically fit then most probably its psychological cause which can be treated easily with proper counseling, techniques and if required very less medication.
