Sir I have problem that when ever I go for sex within 20-30second my sperm come out please help me sir I m very sad about it

Excess heat in body,lack of exercise,sleeplessness,overeating,anxiety etc many causes.so take care and also doctor's advice regarding sexercises etc matters
