I m 26 years old and unmarried. Never did sex. I m also having varicocele in left testes. Whenever i watch porn or think sexually my penis erected too fast and during watching porn i ejaculate without even touching my penis. I think my tip of the penis where thread is present is sensitive. Whenever i touch thread i ejaculate too fast. During bathing i rub tip of penis( foreskin ko piche kar) with soap and i feel sensitivity means my thighs shake slowly when rub dat part with soap. I don't know what to do. Is there any problem occur after marriage. Also i m suffering with digestion problems from very long time. Please suggest me what to do.
