I'm 22 yr man... When I'm sleeping in night my penis is erection & sperm ejaculation... I'm worried about this occure in weekly 2-3 time & sometimes monthly 6-7 times ... & when I'm sex before entering my penis vagina sperm ejaculat.. Pls give me some instructions about this
