It appears to be a condition of premature ejaculation.
The causative factors could be multiple. However, certain changes in lifestyle and habits can be made to prevent early ejaculation.
Moderate exercise that includes mostly core strengthening exercises such as weight lifting, push ups, sit ups, etc.
Avoid stimulating beverages such as coffee, tea, etc in the evenings.
Avoid heavy dinner meals.
Having said that, certain relaxation techniques, yoga, in the evenings can prove helpful.
Regarding your masturbation habit, try to intentionally prolong the duration to ejaculation while you masturbate. Do not rush into climax while masturbating.
Consultanting sexologist/psychiatrist would be best, as he can prescribe you medicines.
