Hi I am 24 years old and unmarried.I have a problem of chronic premature ejaculation.I have been masturbating since I was 10 year old.I ejaculates within 4-5 seconds of masturbation.there is also nightfall problem.I also have some pain below the glans .My testosterone levels is 325.So please help me regarding this.
