Hello doctor I'm 6th month pregnant. My blood sugar before food 103 after food 2hr 102 this reading is normal or borderline GDM please tell me.

Technically GDM as fasting is elevated. No need for medication right now. Make life style changes and recheck in 1 -2 weeks

GDN cannot be diagnosed by sugar readings. Go for OGTT with 75 grams of oral glucose. Medical nutrition therapy wil suffice in initial stages
