Unfortunately fibroids increase in size and may undergo degeneration during pregnancy. fibriod may undergo torsion and may cause pain. There is a risk of preterm labour and postpartum bleeding. Is the fibriod is 12cm, its definitely a risk Pregnancy should be monitored and be cautious of any complaints .
