I'm 3-4 weeks and I've got pains like constipation and it comes and goes, 5oclock in morning I'm woke up in so much pain, is that normal

Abdominal pain in early pregnancy cannot be ignored. Please get u r self immediately examined and especially so if u have not done an early pregnancy scan . Ectopic.pregnancy can have such symptoms.
