I m 37 weeks pregnant but baby measuring 34 weeks 5 days is it any problem for baby and my pregnancy? Please explain ...baby weight 2.6kg

If at 37 weeks of pregnancy your baby is corresponding to 34 weeks 5 days that means the baby is not growing very well and you are having intrauterine growth restriction .. it is advisable to get steroid coverage for enhancing fetal lung maturity and deliver at 38 weeks
