Pregnant since 22 weeks

I am 22 weeks pregnant and I am having continous white discharge. So my doctor advised me to take clingen forte vaginal tablets. after using these vaginal tablets on day one only i see thick white more discharge the whole night. Can I continue these tablets. pls advise
