Pregnant or not pregnant

Do you think if there are chances of pregnancy when the Urine Test i did twice on 2 different days were Negative? First one on 21st March Morning by Prega. And 2nd one on 5th of April Morning by iCan. Both these tests were Negative. My last period was on 10th Feb and it was expected on 11-12 March but they delayed around 28 days as on today. I need your honest review and suggestions since I'm really tensed. This is happening for first time and my cycle was regular earlier of 30 days. Everything is locked down outside, I can't seek help from my parents too. The intercourse was done on 5th, 7th and 13th march though. Please help.

Chances of pregnancy are very unlikely. Right now medications to get your periods. After you get your periods to get a review ultrasound on day2/3 to look for any retained cyst in the ovary. Thyroid hormone and prolactin hormone evaluation should be done, if you are someone who has very regular menses and this is the first time it is delayed.
