I took this test this morning with first morning urine and it came within time frame I am 3 days past my period and I am having stomach ache and back ache I took blood test on Thursday and it was 0.1 Am I pregnant or not

If i am not wrong the value you are talking about is of blood test named beta HCG.0.1 is normal value.
Next Steps
Recheck the urine test and blood beta HCG levels after 1 week.Usually the beta HCG values doubles every 48 hours.
