Pregnant or not

Had sex on 6 August and before that Imp was 30 July then bleeding was ok 27 August on 3 September took urine test it showed negative then was not sure like a faint line so took hcg beta test on 19 September and result was 0.200 miu / ml then had bleeding on 24 September still I am confused l am pregnant or not so took urine test on 7 October it showed negative then had bleeding on 22 October but still my stomach is growing and feel nauseous sometimes I am little bite worried that I may be pregnant but result showed something else so l am pregnant or not ?

Hcg is a very sensitive test to confirm pregnancy. If negative and no periods still, to repeat the test.
