Pregnancy - yolk sac found intrauterine

My last mensutral date was 15.5.2024 and I've PCOS ...17.6.2024 I tested positive for pregnancy with beta HCG 469.62. ..I was told to take scan on 26.6.2024 and told that yolk sac found but embryo not visible yet..informed to repeat scan after 2 weeks..if am 6 weeks pregnant why didnt embryo show up in ultrasound ? I'm concerned
