Is fallopian tube blockage always required surgery? Or can be treated by medicine? It can affect to conceive

Fallopian tube blockage diagnosed on HSG or SSG should first be confirmed by laparoscopic chromopertubation under GA.. If b/l block is there IVF ET s the best option available
