Pregnancy test positive but sac on scan

I have pcod..not got periods for 2 months so tested positive UPT test yesterday and today. Today I met gynaecologist...no gestational sac seen.. no bleeding no pain...is it possibility of pregnancy or any other issue?

Gestational sac will be seen on scan only after 5weeks 5days or 6 weeks.. in your case may be it is still lessthan 5weeks. Repeat scan after 2 weeks you can see your baby..
