Is home urine pregnancy test reliable after four weeks of last menstrual cycle? I used I-can pregnancy kit which can detect six days after conception.

When you missed your period and urine pregnancy test positive means you r pregnant. Its reliable. If wants confirmatory blood test then you can do sr beta hcg.

Yes urine pregnancy test is reliable. Confirm results come when u miss your period date. Repeat test if you have missed your period

It's always better to test UPT once you miss period... As before that negative test does not mean that you are not pregnant... So if no acute cause just wait for 4-5days more
