Hi..do ican can't detect hcg near the missed period dates.. Is preganews better than ican As preganews shows slight 2nd line after sometime so i am confused whether it is evaporation line o positive line and later that taken ican test so it does nt show any line for 4 days straight

Hi. Both are equally good . But better to confirm with Beta Hcg if in doubt .
