I had intimate relationship on 25th feb, 2017. Missed periods on 6th march. Home pregnancy test detected negative. But have symptoms of pregnancy like nausea, vomitting, less appetite, cramps, weakness etc. I just want to know am i pregnant??? How can i get my pregnancy confirmed??

Your symptoms are generalised and may not necessarily indicate pregnancy. You can go for beta hCG. It's a blood test which detects pregnancy much more accurately than urine kit. Regardless of result, consult a gynaecologist for your delayed periods
