I had an abortion 2 months ago. Last month I was sexually active. I started bleeding when my periods. Last time when I was pregnant, I had implantation bleeding for 24 hours without clots and my breasts were tender before implantation bleeding. This time I am bleeding with clots more heavily and longer (36 hrs till now) and there isn't any change in my breasts till now. Could this be pregnancy or just periods bleeding? Or this could be ectopic pregnancy?
