I am 7 weeks pregnant with gsac and yolk sac seen But no fetal pole yet Doctor asked me to come and do the usg again in 1 week From past few days i m noticing that my nipples are no longer sore (earlier they were sensitive to touch) Although i feel fatigue and hungry But is it possible that pregnancy symptoms come and go in first trimester I am a little worried as fetal pole is not seen yet

At 6 weeks fetal  pole should be seen at 7 weeks heartbeat should be seen you are  advised to proceed with termination of pregnancy
