Hello, I delivered a baby on 4 days ago. As my BP was fluctuating the doctors here administered lots of Iv fluids due to which I got swelling which was not there before delivery.now I have swollen feet and right foot is more swollen than left one. No pain or warmth but it feels uncomfortable. My BP was 123/85. I also don't have normal bowel moment and was given stool softeners. They don't seem to work that great.and there is no proper urge to pee
Pl let me know what can I do about all these things and if I need to take any precautions
If the blood pressure records are normal this swelling will gradually settle down with ambulation and a good protein diet
for constipation you need to have a high fibre diet
