Hi Dr, I am in 11th week of twin pregnancy and have swelling of left feet only (Modearte not too much of swelling)..BP is 140/80.. Please could you confirm if this normal or if it is a sign of any underlying issue.. Thank you..

Listen , during pregnancy , foot swelling is very common. Until the BP is in normal range and u have no other complaints like upper tummy burn or headache . There is absolutely no issue.

Bp is borderline high, do get urine albumin tested and maintain bo chart Directly consult to get tips to decrease foot swelling
