This is my scan report 31 weeks 3 days+-2 cephalic presentation means hw mny months pregnant and is my report normal

This is a growth scan. You are 31 weeks pregnant means 7 months and 3 weeks. Pregnancy always calculated n weeks. Mildly increased liquor around foetus Nothing to worry Suggest you to walk and go for frequent check ups
