Greetings for the day!!     Eating raw paneer generally slows digestion process. During pregnancy, naturally digestion can be difficult for some. It is due to the changing hormones in the body. It is better to go with cooked paneer to help better and easier digestion. Eating 50 to 100g paneer a day, gives good amount of protein and fat. Thank you
