When do you come to know if you are pregnant? If one us 3 months pregnant then she will not get periods in these 3 months?

Hi, normally woman who is pregnant do not get periods till she delivers a child. Missed period in woman menstruating regularly is Diagnosed as possible PREGNANCY by surrounding people.
