Pregnancy related query

Hi doctor, I am currently 22 weeks pregnant. I am 31 and this is my first pregnancy. I have anterior placenta identified in anomaly scan. I am prediabetic before pregnancy. I was asked to take insulin during morning and night before dinner. In the recent days, I could feel the baby movement one or two times after taking insulin and before taking food. My baby movements are not consistent in these weeks (could be due to anterior placenta). But I was bit worried how I am able to feel some movement like feeling after taking insulin. Not sure if that is baby movement or any cramp also. Please provide your suggestions. Will there be any harm to baby?

The location of the placenta anterior or posterior does not affect baby movements You can get an ultrasound on to confirm fetal  well being

Hi Dear Insulin does no harm to the baby... Also 22 weeks is too early for feeling regular baby movements... Anterior Placenta is certainly a main reason for you not feeling the movements... Connect for further clarifications...
