Hi i am 6 weeks pregnant yesterday in morning after getting up from bed there was blood with the urine in the pot. Doctor suggested ultrasound in ultrasound sac is there but fetal pole is absent. Plus a cyst of 1.6 mm is there. Doctor asked for hcg and the hcg level is 5618. M very tensed pls suggest only termination is the only option.

No termination is not the solution but confirmation means repeat the Bhcg after 48 hours because after every 48 hours level will be double.so wait for 2 days regarding cyst don't worry.
