Is there a chance of pregnancy if both ovaries shows multiple small crysts of 2-4mm

This picture s suggestive of polycystic ovaries. Such people usually hv anovulatory cycles. However if periods are regular many times spontaneous conception is possible.. Or else consult a gynaecologist for help

Yes full chances are there.You are having pcod problem.Ultrasonopraphy already over .Now get done TSH and serum prolactin level to rule out the hypothyroidism and hyperprolactenemia.First start the treatment of regulate the menstrual cycle.
