According to me U should do husband semen reports.
Basic ultrasound of pelvis to evaluate ovaries and uterus.
And blood AMH level.

You can continue trying as 3 months is a short span. if hope not no conception in a year thats when I would recommend you see a doctor provided there are no problems with your periods.
