Left lateral or right lateral. Because all the time sleeping on same side not feasible

You can sleep left or right any side. Left is more preferable. Sleeping on 1 side will reduce pressure of uterus on large vessels and helps good venus return and ultimately good Blood and Oxygen supply the baby.
