Hi Doctor, I am 4 weeks 2 days present is the gestational sac visible if I do ultrasound scan. I am getting severe back pain which later migrates to abdominal. Does it causes miscarriage is it preventable . Last time I had miscarriage at this time only . No gestational sac found at this time. Please let me know what is the issue I am facing . I am getting positive pregnant results but it is aborting within 5 weeks

Consult a gynec...u need to start some progesterone support if pregnancy test positive ...also review previous history and start aspirin if needed....scan can be done for pain if required
