Can ejaculating outside the vagina result in pregnancy.Kindly explain me.. I cannot insert my penis deep into my wife because of erectile dysfunction... i can only let the tip of my penis to entet her vagina and when i ejaculate most of the semen drops out.. Kindly clarify me...

Very less but some time sperms can travel to uterus. ( very rare). Get treatment for ED. Or try iui for pregnancy
