आप प्रेगनेंन्सी कन्फर्म करने के लिए खून की जांच महावारी आने की तारीख के दो दिन बाद करवा सकते हैं , यदि आपको महावारी सही टाइम पर आती है। अगर महावारी की तारीख गड़बड़ करती है तो आप sexual intercourse के तीन सप्ताह बाद खून की जांच करवा सकते हैं

If you are having delayed cycle and urine pregnancy test is negative wait for 1 more week and repeat pregnancy test if there is no onset of menses. Even you can also get blood test done to confirm it

24 hours after a skipped period if you have a 30 days cycle in case of irregular cycle you can do it on day  37 counting from the one of the periods
