My wife missed period for first time and pregnancy kit showing two lines. We did test two times and is positive, what should be the next step ahead ? Pls advice

Good morning Congratulations to both of u.ur wife should start on t.folic acid daily once after food .if she is not having abdominal pain and she is comfortable u can get ur scan and blood test after 15th of this month.
