Pregnancy problm
I had urine test twice and hcg blood test in all it was preg positive.. But in ultra sound the docter did not detuct d featus.. She did 3 d as well as 4d but it did not detuct.. I missed my period on 13/09/16 and I consulted doc on 15/10/16.. Pls do help.. I'm in a real stress.

Hi, dr sr beta hcg, and repeat after 48 hrs. If it is doubling then pregnancy is good. Then also if sr beta hcg is more than 1000.then pregnancy can be seen by transvaginal Ultrasound.

it will be detected on Ultrasound if B- hcg levels are more than 1500 for TVS and more than 3000 for abdominal scan. Do not panic. Just wait and watch and take rest unless any complaint. Let the nature play its cards.
if very anxious do repeat blood B-HCG levels. normally it should increase at least 60% in 2 days in intrauterine pregnancy. continue ur ob advise.

Hello...... Gestational sac will be visible in three to five weeks after gestation in ultrasound ...endovaginal ultrasound has to be done.. If you have undergone abdominal ultrasound it is difficult to detect.. Empty gestational sac with increased hcg is suggestive of blighted ovum... Consult gynecologist ....
