Pregnancy possibilities naturally

My AmH is 0.13 and I have endometriosis with heavy periods flow but regular...with 25-28 days in each cycle. Everything else ( no thyroid no BP no diabetes) under control. Can I still expect natural pregnancy? I am not keen on Ivf through donor etc.

Your Amh is very low..but still try few cycles of ovulation   induction with hmg injection to see any follicles are growing ..start with Dhea..it will help to some extent..
