Can an full abdominal sonography detect pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy if there is any, at 10 weeks?.. My uterus in empty.. Ovaries are fine..and flapion tubes not shown during sonography... And the report is all normal.. I didn't Tell the doctor that I was doing it for pregnancy.. But the reports are as write above.. Is it that all.. OK.. Or there can be pregnancy?.. Urine pregnancy tests are also negative.. Recently done 2 days prior

Yes ofcourse a 10 wks pregnancy can be seen and here it is clear that u are not pregnant .
