Pregnancy on fibroease 25

Hello , I had unprotected sex during fibroease 25 medication for my fibroids ( medication of 3 months) . I am not having my period. Is it possible to get pregnant. Do  I need an emergency pill to eradicate chances of pregnancy as 24 hours has not crossed?
