Pregnancy negetive but periods stopped

Doctor suggested me Deviry tablets...Is this safe ?? Last period was on 16th August and Ipill taken on 21st August after sex on 19th August but till today no periods taken place although as per preg card test pregnancy found negetive and doctor suggested me tablet Deviry to regularize my periods . Please suggest me is this safe to regularize my periods .
