Hi. I am 16 weeks pregnant and suffer from extreme nausea and bile vomiting. My doc has given me meds which have no much effect. Recently I came across home remedies like chewing on "green saunf" to reduce nausea. I would like to check if this is safe during pregnancy? Does chewing it in small quantities cause bleeding?
