Is it safe to use Vitamin D tablets during pregnancy.I was diagnosed deficient in Vitamin D.I have discontinued taking the tablet.

You can take vit D after 12weeks... usually it's advisable not to take any medicine other than folic acid in 1st 3months of pregnancy... connect with me online for further advice
