Hello, am 7 weeks pregnant today and for the past weeks before my missed period, I've been having couple of heavy and short slight cramps that last for few seconds and minutes, today been my 7th week it came so heavy that it woke me up. Please is this usual or do I need to see my doctor? Though I've nothing no bleeding at all. But am really worrie
