Good evening.. If u have any menstrual problems or want to conceive soon u need to consult a doctor. Otherwise u can take Tab. folvite 5mg every day ( for a healthy baby) . If ur periods are regular, have intercourse between day 10 - day 18 every alternate day from ur expected last period date.( egg releases during this period ). Eat healthy, stay relaxed.
