I'm pregnancy n last 27th I had scan it showed decidual reaction is healthy and yolk sac is also seen and its 2.7mm and age is 5 week and 5days so I wNt to know whether there is something to worry or not.

Nothing is wrong.According to ultrasonography report everything is present there means decidual reaction and yolk sac.Again get it done after 15 days to know about the fetal heart rate.
