I had my TVS on 4 week 4 days and no gestational sac was seen...when is gestational sac seen in TVS ultrasound???

4 weeks is too early to detect pregnancy on ultrasound. You should do your first ultrasound between 6.5-7.5 weeks . Tvs does that slight earlier from 5.5-6.5 weeks
