Does dimethicone orally safe in pregnancy? Plz telll for digestive issues ???mmmmmm??? I am six month pregnant

Please consult with your Gynaecologist. He can check up the effect of medicines on developing embryo from the available literature. Since you are worried about the side effects of Dimethicone on your pregnancy you should stop taking this medicine. This is not a life saving medicine.
